Payment Policy

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Master Card, Money Order, Direct Deposit, Bank Draft and PayPal. All items will be shipped once payment is cleared. Your order is not confirmed until we have received payment.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns or exchanges require a valid receipt/proof of purchase. Subject to meeting Tech Care Gadgets return and exchange policy as outlined below, returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment. To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its packaging with the sales receipt within 7 days of purchase. For purchases made online at techcaregadgets.com, please complete the return item form online and and a customer service representative will contact you with return instuctions. For online purchases, the 7 days begins upon the first delivery attempt. Product must be in the same condition in which it was purchased. For online sales product must be returned/shipped back to our store at the purchaser’s expense. Refurbished phones may be subject to a limited warranty on materials and workmanship. See warranty terms for details. ALL SALES OF ALL DEVICES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted beyond 7 days. Your new device may be subject to any warranty offered by the manufacturer.
